Vivid Lies by Alyne Roberts 

First I have to tell you that this is the first book I`ve read by Alyne Roberts and it defiantly won`t be the last.  I have checked out her book list and will decide what to read next.

The authors writing was fantastic, her words were written so well that you felt it inside, this story was heartbreaking at times and it had me so involved in the story I couldn`t put the book down.  OMG this is an absolutely must read!  READ THIS BOOK!! You never know what is going to happen or what to expect. Like I said couldn't put it down. I want to say Wait For It.  

I wanted to write so much more but I can`t give anything away, I would suggest or recommend this to anyone who loves to Read!

5 Star Rating, fantastic story, great writing and left me wanting more.

My Review:

That Thing Between Eli & Gwen by J.J. McAvoy

This is the first book I’ve read by the author J.J. McAvoy and it definitely will not be the last one I read. I have already checked at her other books and will be reading a few more very soon.  Another major bonus for me was finding out she is a fellow Canadian.

This book was truly an amazing romantic read, I started reading when I got home from work and I was half way through before I knew it. J.J. McAvoy writing is phenomenal.

Eli and Gwen’s story starts from a place of pain, hurt and betrayal. They are both left behind by their loved ones, one of them even was at the altar.  You would think they would have bonded over the devastation that they had to deal with when left behind, you have to read to find out more on this topic.

Eli is a doctor, Gwen an artist, their personalities clash, but the world is a small place and life throws them a couple of curve balls.  Nothing is random in life.

This is an amazing story, build from pain that turns into a friendship then a great romance.

The author’s writing is fantastic, she made me laugh quite a few times. This is a must read.

This is a great love story it is also a hot steamy romance novel, and it also has some drama added, with a few bumps along the road.  That Thing Between Eli & Gwen a must read, and I would and will recommend this book to all my friends.

I have rated That Thing Between Eli & Gwen 5 stars.  J.J. McAvoy writing is brilliant and I would give her another 5 stars.
