My Review:
Indigo Dawn (Josie Hawk Chronicles #1) by Elle J. Rossi
My rating: 4 of 5 starsAnother fantastic story written by Elle J. Rossi.
Elle J. Rossi is one of my favorite authors, her writing is easy to read, great story lines, well written and best of all you love all the characters and their personalities. Josie is funny and witty and her personality is what makes me want to read more. I want to be one of Josie's friends.
Josie and Keller are a great couple, and they have great friends. Josie continues to work in the bar and keep Nashville safe and sound. Keller and their friends are always up to helping Josie out.
This novel is filled with all kinds of paranormal creatures, from pixies to witches and of course some vampires added in for fun.
If you love to read a story with a strong, funny, smart mouth female lead then this is the series for you.
Oh and there are a couple steamy scenes with the love of her life Keller included. So grab a drink and a copy of Indigo Dawn (Josie Hawk Chronicles #1) and I hope you enjoy.
I have rated Indigo Dawn a 4 star rating and would recommend this series to anyone who loves the genre and a fantastic read! I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.
About the Author
Elle J Rossi grew up in rural Indiana surrounded by great people, a huge family and more animals than she could count. But the sites and sounds of the world beckoned, so she left her small town to escape into a creative world full of music. As a full time singer she was able to lose herself in a thousand different songs in a hundred different places. After meeting the love of her life and settling down, she yearned to find a new and fulfilling creative outlet. Overly fond of the happily ever after, she wondered what it would be like to have her own characters lead her down dark and twisted paths. The very first word on the very first page sealed her fate. She’d found a new love. She’d found her escape. Now along with weaving haunting tales about the journey to love, she’s creating cover art for authors around the world and loving every second of it. For fun, she cranks country music to take her back to her roots, and sings karaoke anytime she gets a chance. Her husband, two children, and a cat that rules the roost keep her company along the way and guarantee she doesn’t get lost in the enchanted forest. She wouldn’t have it any other way.
