Fifty Shades of Grey Trilogy 5 Stars!

Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades #1)Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James

Fifty Shades Darker and

Fifty Shades Freed.

First I will say that this is one of the best books I’ve read this year, I don’t give out a whole lot of 5 star ratings but this book/series has that and more ...if I could rate it higher I definitely would.

I have taken my time in writing this review as I am not sure what I can say to explain how great this book and entire series is without giving away spoilers. So let’s take a look at the book description the author has written, because if you can read her description and you still haven’t went and picked this book up to read I am not sure I have anything else I could add to persuade you to GO BUY THIS BOOK!.

Book Description Posted on Goodreads:

When literature student Anastasia Steele is drafted to interview the successful young entrepreneur Christian Grey for her campus magazine, she finds him attractive, enigmatic and intimidating. Convinced their meeting went badly, she tries to put Grey out of her mind - until he happens to turn up at the out-of-town hardware store where she works part-time.

The unworldly, innocent Ana is shocked to realize she wants this man, and when he warns her to keep her distance it only makes her more desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her - but on his own terms.

Shocked yet thrilled by Grey's singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success – his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving adoptive family – Grey is man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a passionate, physical and daring affair, Ana learns more about her own dark desires, as well as the Christian Grey hidden away from public scrutiny.

Can their relationship transcend physical passion? Will Ana find it in herself to submit to the self-indulgent Master? And if she does, will she still love what she finds?
Erotic, amusing, and deeply moving, the Fifty Shades Trilogy is a tale that will obsess you, possess you, and stay with you forever.

My Review:

So in reading that (book description) my review is going to be a bit different or let’s say special as really I am reviewing the whole series.....but first I will say that E.L. James writing is fantastic, her character description of both Ana and Christian is flawless. The dialogue between the two main characters feels natural, funny and omg hot. The two things that stood out to me in this story/series are the emails between Ana and Christian and of course Ana’s inner goddess. You will have to read all 3 books to understand what I am talking about. This series is one of the best romance series I have read in many years and I would say I agree with some of the other reviewers that these books could go down as one of the best love stories written. It’s funny to think how much this series has affected so many of us readers, there are many of us who will admit freely that we all dream of Christian Grey.

Christian Grey is a brilliant, successful CEO; he is so tormented by his past, which has lead him into a life style that he is always in control. Until Anastasia walks in or should I say falls into his office, Ana who at first we think is a bit naive and has some of her own self esteem issues we see the depth in her personality and watch her become a woman of strength and compassion. The love between Ana and Christian is powerful and heart wrenching all at the same time, it’s one of those love stories that make you wish you were Ana.

So this is how I imagine My Christian Grey:

and Christian when he knows he is getting his own way.

These pictures will be clearer once you go read the books. Oh and while your buying Fifty Shades of Grey you mise well purchase Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed because you will end up back there anyway.

Fifty Shades Darker (Fifty Shades, #2)Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James

E.L. James bring us the next book in this series, her writing style only gets better. The romance continues; heart wrenching but at the same time it is a beautiuful romance novel. It is so different from anything I have read. Like I said in my first review this series is one of the best I have read in a long time. E.L's writing makes you feel the emotions Ana is going through and the compassion you feel for Christian you fall in love with this story all over again. I couldn't put these books down.

Ana is stronger and sets some of her own rules this time and Christian tries very hard to adapt. This series is full of love, compassion, stuggles and heart breaking all at the same time.

If you haven't started Fifty Shades of Grey, then you cannot read Fifty Shades Darker or Fifty Shades Freed these are a must read.

Fifty Shades Freed (Fifty Shades, #3)Fifty Shades Freed by E.L. James

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fifty Shades Freed by E.L. James

First I have to say that this was a hard book to read as you know this is it for the series, its an ending that I don't want to read but know I need to read it.

Fifty Shades Freed is a brilliant and amazing read. E.L.James has out done herself in this final book.

Ana and Christian face their biggest obstacle and just when you think it is over between them this time, you see and feel that love can really conquor all. This is truly one of the best series I have read in many years. I am not sure anything I have read has even come close.

Another 5 star rating.

E.L. James writing is fantastic and when she writes her next novel I will definately go buy it.

Thank you EL for sharing your words and your work with all of us we truly have enjoyed this fantastic ride. It may take me years to forget Christian Grey. Oh how will the next man in my life even compare. lol

The main thing I can say to everyone who reads my reviews is go buy these books all three of them. It was worth every cent I spent.

  9. I LOVE the photos. I am just finishing the first book and your photo choices for Christian are almost perfect, my Christian would have hair a little longer, feathered on the sides and layered. I started the book on Saturday and am almost done with it. I should be done by now but I had a sick hubby to placate. :) If you like BDSM AND vampires the Vampire Queen series by Joey W. Hill is a must read.

  13. I was so excited to see that you and I agree that David Gandy would be the perfect Christian Grey! As soon as I saw him while reading the first book I was taken with the similarities in their looks. He is a Beautiful and Sexy man,and his pics are AMAZING!! I so hope that he is EL's fantasy man as well. Eventhough I am not sure my heart can take seeing him in action;)I started a facebook page campaigning for him to be cast as Christian!
